Creative Practice

Art has always been one of my favorite ways to explore, express, and make meaning of the world around me. Through spoken word, music, acting, storytelling, sacred movement, and other creative mediums, I investigate themes of identity, culture, spirituality, community, and personal transformation. My creative practice serves as both a reflection of my lived experiences and an invitation for others to connect with their own stories, imagination, and sense of possibility.

Community & Culture

Community has been one of my greatest teachers. From Washington, DC to communities around the world, I've experienced how culture, creativity, and shared experiences can deepen our connection to ourselves, one another, the natural world, and the wisdom of those who came before us.
